About

Nicole Beerman is a musical theater artist, director, choreographer, and teacher from Seattle, Washington. Nicole is currently teaching 1st and 4th year Musical Theatre Dance at Cornish College of the Arts.  ​Nicole is represented by Autograph Talent and is a certified Simonson Technique Teacher. Nicole holds a BFA in Acting from Cornish College of the Arts and is a member of Actors’ Equity Association.

Nicole moved back to Seattle from New York City in 2014, after spending 7 years on the east coast.  On screen, Nicole has been seen in Nike, LG, and T-Mobile commercials, Grey’s Anatomy, and Fox Searchlight’s Adam with Hugh Dancy and Rose Byrne. As a stage actor, Nicole has performed in Seattle with the 5th Avenue Theatre, Seattle Repertory Theatre, Village Theatre, Seattle Children’s Theatre, and more. Regionally, she has performed at the Ordway Center in St. Paul, American Musical Theatre of San Jose, and the Oregon Cabaret Theatre. In New York City, Nicole performed at the Sam French Festival, Big Effing Deal! singing a Duet with Reggie Watts, and performed at the Duplex Cabaret singing excerpts from Ryan Scott Oliver’s new musical, Darling. As a choreographer in New York, Nicole worked with Sonya Tayeh and the Oregon Shakespeare Festival, running the dance call for the original production of Head Over Heels. She also choreographed multiple shows Off Broadway including: La Brea (Clubbed Thumb, directed by Tony Award Winner Adam Greenfield), MilkMilkLemonaid (Written by Joshua Conkel at Astoria Performing Arts), and The Strangest (HERE Center, featuring Jessica Pohly). Nicole’s work has also been seen in New York at The New School for Drama, Columbia University, Ensemble Studio Theatre, and the Management and in Seattle, at Village Theatre, Cornish College of the Arts, Oregon Cabaret Theatre, The Triple Door, Café Nordo, Seattle Children’s Theatre, Fantastic Z, and Art Institute of Seattle. Nicole is currently teaching at Cornish College of the Arts and has also taught at Seattle Film Institute, University of Washington, Art Institute of Seattle, Hunter College High School, McCarter Theatre Company, 5th Avenue Theatre, Village Theatre, VAM Studios, Westlake Dance Center, Century Ballroom, Jersey City Dance Academy, and The Studios. Nicole was a Gregory Award Nominee for her work in Cabaret at Village Theatre in 2015, holds a BFA from Cornish College of the Arts, is a certified Simonson Technique teacher and a member of Actors’ Equity.
